Back in Time With James Dean!

Thanks to Netflix, Ive had the privilege to " go back in time" with movies. People are so talented! One of my favorites was Rebel Without A Cause, with the amazing James Dean. I know he was much past my time, but I really enjoyed his acting because it seemed so natural ( not to mention how charming he was- swoon! ). I purchased something that came from the mail, and the package it came in was a cardboard circle with a smaller one in the middle- it looked like a miniature record. I decided to go retro, and  get some material and trace the shape on harder paper, which was black, and draw a photo of him. It was hard because, well, we are so used to drawing on white paper, and filling in with dark pencil. Try it the other way around, and you've got a whole new story. But with practice, it got better and even seemed easier. Well, now im almost done, but so far its looking amazing and real because half of his left eye is not there because of the whole in the middle. Can you say original?!
